The idea is that you can pump water to the Earth through a closed loop system to heat and cool your home.
Basically, at 10 feet below the ground, mild weather is 50 to 60 degrees throughout the year.
So you can cool the hot water pump down or cool the water down and heat it up.
It\'s a huge initial investment, but it can be recovered with a 30% federal tax credit and a 50% reduction in energy bills.
